Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation

  • You may cancel your Jamala Health membership at any time from your Subscription page or by contacting support.
  • If you are on a monthly plan, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
  • If you are on an annual plan, your cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused months.
  • During your free trial period, you may cancel at any time without being charged.

Medication Orders

  • GLP-1 medication orders that have not yet been fulfilled by the pharmacy may be cancelled for a full refund.
  • Once a medication order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of prescription medications.
  • If you experience an issue with your medication order (damage, incorrect shipment, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis for circumstances not covered above.
